Education and Background
Dr. Oskanian grew up in Lansdale, PA. He earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, then moved back to Pennsylvania and has been practicing in Phoenixville and Pottstown since 1999.
