Dr. Tsai is an interventional radiologist. He received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He followed with a residency in radiology at Bryn Mawr Hospital and also served an internship at Reading Hospital and Medical Center in West Reading, PA. He completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital.
